This week Dr. Fontana was a guest of the "Centro Sartor" retirement home, where he held a training session on light therapy for the medical team. The event was enriched by a generous donation from Dr. Fontana of a Taopatch® PHOTONIC CAP, our laserLED cap for transcranial therapy.
In recent years, the use of biotherapeutic wavelengths to stimulate the brain has demonstrated benefits similar to those obtained in other cells in the body. Transcranial therapy, which uses light to nourish neurons and stimulate cell repair, has been shown to be useful in conditions such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer's.
