TaoTalks: Interview with Dr. Giorgia Oriolesi

Dr. Giorgia Oriolesi, Anesthesiologist, specialized in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, practices in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona. Since 2021 she has been a Taopatch® Applicator and Tutor, a role that allows her to integrate her multidisciplinary skills to support patients in achieving their well-being. In this interview, he tells us how Taopatch® has changed his profession and the health of his patients. 

Good morning doctor, thank you for taking the time today. Can you please describe your professional career? 

I started by graduating in Medicine and Surgery, then I specialized in Anesthesia and Resuscitation and I started working in the operating room. In the meantime, I approached Traditional Chinese Medicine, then I completed the whole acupuncture path to become an acupuncturist and I gradually began to work in the clinic. My professional life was divided between the operating room and the outpatient clinic. In 2021 I met Taopatch®, first as a patient and then I enrolled in the training course. At the end of 2021, I decided to resign from the hospital to work only exclusively in the outpatient clinic where I still work as a Taopatch® applicator and acupuncturist. 

How has nanotechnology transformed your profession? 

It completely revolutionized it because quitting the hospital was something I wanted to do for several years and Taopatch® gave me the opportunity to be able to do it. 

Can you describe a typical visit? 

Generally, when the patient arrives, he undergoes a thorough and accurate medical history, then diagnostic tests are carried out before and after the application of nanotechnology. We also use a whole series of tools to understand which subsystems are in imbalance of the patient in order to then set up the therapy. 

How many patients have you applied nanotechnology to? Which case has given you the most satisfaction? 

Between 300 and 500. There are many cases that have given me great satisfaction, but one has particularly struck my heart. This is the case of a lady, around 65-66 years old, who came to me with a very serious picture of liver cirrhosis, so much so that she was then a candidate for liver transplantation. And he asked me for help. I explained to her that I could not know how far we would go with nanotechnology because I had never had such a case. We saw each other three or four times, we set up various therapy protocols based on the subsystems she had in disequilibrium, then 6 months later she underwent a visit to the surgeon to confirm the date of the surgery. She presented herself at the visit with the specialized instrumental examinations just performed. The surgeon, looking at the tests , looked at her, saying "But you don't need to have a liver transplant". 

What would you say to other professionals who would like to start the journey with Taopatch®?

Definitely to put your nose in it and be curious because Taopatch® nanotechnology really opens the doors to many other opportunities, teaches us to see the patient with different eyes and is a very powerful therapeutic tool. 

What other light therapy tools do you use in your practice? 

I use them all, I certainly use the BODY STATION, the photobiomodulation lamp. I use the CAP, the BELT and the latest arrival in my studio: the TFL, the Target Flashlight, which is giving me a lot of satisfaction and among the tools I use is perhaps the one I use the most now. 

How has Taopatch® helped your practice grow? 

It was fundamental. Before meeting Taopatch®, as I mentioned before, I worked half a week in the outpatient clinic and half a week in the operating room. Then when I introduced nanotechnology, the patients tripled and so I had to choose what to do with my professional life and I chose the ambulatoryhospital. 

Which courses were most formative for you? 

The Enabling course was extremely useful because it allowed me to understand what Taopatch® nanotechnology is. The Nanohacking course has remained very much in my heart because I really learned many things that I did not know at all and, therefore, if I had to say the course that amazed me the most in the training course it was definitely this one.
